Bilal Ahmad

Bilal Ahmad serves as Executive Director of the International Office in Pakistan for Watchdog Group Corporation USA. He has worked with Watchdog Group and its founder, Jerry Szymankowski, for nearly 10 years, contributing to the organization’s international activities, research, communication, coordination, community assistance, and development of relationships and resources.

Bilal holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and has more than 15 years of experience in the technology field. In addition to his international executive responsibilities, he is responsible for many of the technical and information-technology matters of Watchdog Group Corporation USA, assisting with computer systems, communications, online operations, technical troubleshooting, digital resources, and other technology-related needs of the organization.

As Executive Director, Bilal represents Watchdog Group Corporation in Pakistan and serves as an important bridge between Pakistan and the United States. His responsibilities include developing relationships with individuals, businesses, educational consultants, professionals and community organizations; identifying potential opportunities for cooperation; researching and verifying information; coordinating communications between Pakistan and the United States; and helping individuals and organizations connect with appropriate resources.

Working directly with Jerry Szymankowski, Founder and President of Watchdog Group Corporation USA, Bilal assists in coordinating matters involving U.S. education and university information, international student support, business information and opportunities, immigration-related information and professional referrals, government and administrative resources, technology assistance, research, communications, and other international matters.

Bilal brings together technology experience, international communication, organizational knowledge and nearly a decade of direct experience with Watchdog Group. His role is not limited to one particular field—he helps coordinate both the organization’s international development and its technical operations.
